James worked as general manager at Europa Capital’s Anaconda Cut asset, which remains one of Manchester’s foremost BTR building’s. He went on to act as regional property manager across the portfolio of operational BTR buildings to help oversea the onsite teams, drive performance, and assisting with the delivery of a unifying operational platform.

Prior to working in real estate, James was located in Florida and had a career in sports marketing with a specialism in utilising technological solutions and data analysis to drive brand loyalty and user experience.

James received a MMath (1st class Hons) degree in Mathematics from Durham University.
