James has worked with the founding partners on a number of projects over the last 10 years.  Most recently, he was operational lead of Europa Capital’s vertically integrated BTR management structure and was responsible for delivery of all day-to-day operations as well as the integration of a unifying platform.

With over 20 years of real estate sector experience, James has a range of disciplines including asset management, corporate finance, strategy and finance. His experience includes 10 years within the corporate finance divisions of PwC and DTZ, providing lead advisory services on over 25 transactions with an aggregate value of over £1 billion. 

James is a Chartered Accountant and has a BSc (Hons) degree in Geography from Durham University.
