Hugo was previously a Director at Europa Capital where he was responsible for acquisitions in Northern Europe comprising UK and Scandinavia. He managed acquisitions of over £1 billion predominantly in BTR, PBSA and Let Senior Living.

Starting his career at KPMG in the Private Equity Group and M&A advisory team between 2010 and 2014, Hugo then ran the fundraising for a UK-based startup, before joining Europa in 2016. He is both a Chartered Surveyor and a Chartered Accountant.

Hugo received an MSc in Real Estate Investment from Cass Business School and a BSc in Economics & Management from the University of Bristol.
