Alex has 14 years of real estate asset management experience and was previously a Managing Director at Europa Capital where he managed a portfolio of circa £1.5 billion of predominantly residential assets in the UK. Alex was responsible for the asset management functions of Europa’s residential interests, including the vertically integrated BTR management platform which had grown to 1,600 apartments and a gross value of £650m.

Starting his career at Oxygen Asset Management in 2007 where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor, Alex went on to join Pembroke Real Estate in 2011 before joining Europa Capital in 2015.

Alex received a MSc in Real Estate from Cass Business School and a BSc in Industrial and Product Design from Leeds University.
