Hugo has 20 years of real estate investment experience and was previously a Partner at Europa Capital where he invested circa £1.5 billion into predominantly residential assets in the UK and Scandinavia, launching Europa’s vertically integrated BTR management platform in 2019 and senior living products in 2021.

Qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2006, Hugo joined DTZ Corporate Finance in 2006 where he then qualified as a Chartered Surveyor before joining Europa Capital in 2010.

He received a BSc (Hons) in Zoology from the University of Edinburgh and was a Cass Business School scholar where he obtained a MSc in Real Estate Finance.
